I was very impressed with Matt, my service advisor. He was punctual, informative and had a wonderful disposition. He exceeded my expectations on how well the repairs were completed and was pleasantly surprised when my car's repairs were finished quicker than promised. I have lived in the Oakland Hills for the past 30 years, have seen this particular Cooks location during that time, but never had a need for their services.
