The car is driving well and looks great. I appreciated that you fixed the dent in the rear, and that you cleaned up the car. ALSO, YESENIA was the MOST HELPFUL person I spoke with. She knew what she was doing, her instructions were clear, she always got back to me, she was very courteous and friendly. Kris and his team were beyond excellent. I was in a lot of pain and car repairs were the last thing I wanted my husband to have to deal with. I will never take our car anywhere else. Lots of folks deliver a good repair and that's important - but at the end of a bad day you want a guy like Kris on your side. He's a good guy. I'm not only satisfied - I'm greatful!

I was given very inconsistent information reguarding how long the job would take to complete - significantly impacting my work effeciency for two weeks. There is great disparity between what I was told by different people at the shop of what to expect, was not notified appropriately when it took longer, and the automated texts were really off - on a totally different schedule than the shop. Furthermore, I was presented with a faulty job the first time around (last Friday) which wasted an entire afternoon of away from work. It was apparent easily that the job was not up to "like new" standards, but instead of informing me beforehand and *NOT* wasting my time, I was told the car was complete, and if I had not taken a good look at the car before signing the release paperwork- they would have let me drive off with shoddy work. Furthermore, I was told then that I would be given a part direct from the manufacturer, but judging by the final cost of the job, I'm most certain an "after market" part was instead installed on the car. I signed off on the car because it had already been 3 times the amount of time in the shop that I was originally told, and I only learned about "after market" parts after the fact. There is so much subtle deception going on here - I'm throughly disgusted. This probably wouldnt bother me so much if it wasn't basically a brand new car, and I pay a fortune in insurance. I will never go to Cooks again and am seriously disappointed in State Farm. And am going to reconsider my choice on insurance providers.

Cooks leaves me with an outstanding customer satisfaction experince. From the warm and highly professionally courteous front desk staff, updated repair stats, personal touch ... To The the final condition of the repair, Cooks takes the prize in my book as the most comprehensively complete professional collision repair businesses in the CA. Hands down. They completely washed my car and cleaned inside and out. This is above and beyond standard business practices. I am a good driver for 20 yrs. having to get a repair was concerning. I am at ease after this experience. Job more than well done COOKS thank you very much!! Five Stars and referrals from me.

I have 100% overall satisfaction. My car looks great and was returned nice and clean which I appreciate. But what stands out the most was the excellent customer service. Ernesto assisted me from start to finish and helped make a potentially stressful situation a smooth process. The repair itself is lovely. It is more your business processes. I was not kept informed of the status of my repair. I had to call on Thursday afternoon to be told it would not be ready until Friday at 5 PM. Unfortunately that was too late for me to pick it up so I had to keep my rental car through the weekend. Then when I called Monday morning to confirm that my car was indeed ready I was informed about an additional minor repair that could have been made. I would've appreciated knowing about that repair on Friday so I could've made a decision then. Monday morning is when I needed to pick my car up, I could not wait until the afternoon. There was also a breakdown when making the appointment. Our Nesto and I had verbally agreed on one day I believe it was the 21st and when I called the day before to confirm that no one had a record of it. So I had to wait a Nother week to have my car repaired. I would like to add that everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and professional.
