Cooks rep. Robert **** kept me well informed of the progress on my Vehicle repair, with daily calls and emails. After picking up car, there was a problem with overheating. I brought car back, Robert took care of the problem. Was professional at all times. Good job.

The workmanship and experience with Cooks was great. I only have one comment. You guys noted my mileage on the car as 54,934. The car in one year old. I only have 16k miles. I hope Farmers doesn't raise my rates based on your error.

I am completely satisfied with my Cooks Collision experience. My service representative, Robert ****, was professional, helpful, and friendly. He explained everything and gave me daily updates, by email and by phone. He made the process of repairing my car efficient and less stressful. He arranged transportation to take me home and pick me up. I really appreciated that. Cesar, the person who drove me home and picked me up, was friendly and courteous. I truly appreciate the service I received from Cooks. Thank you.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Robert and the Staff were friendly and very helpful. All in all it was a good choice of a collision repair shop. If I need a repair shop again I would go to Cooks Collision first.

The repair itself was fine. However, I was unhappily surprised to get my car back with one nearly flat tire and the other three wildly off pressure. It is a minor issue, but it matters. More importantly, some issues from a previous repair I had were never addressed. I mentioned them to Brian and never heard more about them again.

This was my first brand new car in over 30 yrs, so I was pretty upset when I got rear ended with under 3k miles on my car. My insurance company recommended Cooks Collision as being one of their E-Star partners. Cliff and his team at Cooks was the Best Choice I made and after getting my car back it was also the Right one! They kept me informed throughout the repair process and finished ahead of schedule. All I can say is Thank You on a job well done.....

They were very informative about the whole process and really kept me up-to-date on every detail. They did try to put on used parts for my 2017 car during the 2017 year. I had them read through their policy and they caught the error that was kicked back to my insurance. When I picked up my car two minor issues needed to be fixed that they had missed So I have to bring it in another day. Over all they were very kind and helpful and attentive to my needs. They just need to work on new car policies and final inspections.
