The repair was done well and the person I worked with was nice but the auto rental process discussed prior to my service date wasn’t executed and we had to wait on a part that should’ve been ordered prior to the service date. In the end, it’s all good but I don’t know if I would go back to this location again.

Along with being a State Farm Preferred Provider, I have the sense that G & C Autobody - Rohnert Park has a real "pride of shop," meaning that everyone works as a team. As mu initial point person, Lucas was very clear about the step-by-step procedures needed to complete repairs. I particularly appreciated his efforts to find a replacement front wheel for my 2010 VW Jetta, which took some doing as it is an older car. Thanks to everyone at G & C Autobody - Rohnert Park!

Quote comparable with two other shops, ability to start right away, finished two days early, excellent work very excellent can’t tell it was ever damaged, and… my wife is very happy as this is her car so hey yes I am fully satisfied many thanks, hope I don’t need services in the future but if I do I will not even bother shopping around I would always use G&C Rohnert Park

I think they attempted to make things right but in many ways I felt in the middle between the windshield being third party and issues with a part from the manufacturer. I appreciate the effort they put in but had to be involved with the process more than expected. Biggest concern and frustration came with windshield replacement that was subbed out to Safelite. Would have preferred it was handled in house or at least managed in house.

The staff was great! They were very helpful during this entire claim. My only comment would be that I had to call the shop to get updates on my car. I didn’t get any status updates from the shop otherwise. Other than that, my car looks good, drives good and I am very happy with the repairs.
