The Customer Sevice was the BEST! And they did a fantastic job in communicating updates. The staff was tremendously helpful and made the entire process hassle free. When I pointed out minor defects that were left incomplete after the vehicle was reay for pickup, they were very receptive and told me that they would get the needed missing parts, and notify me when to come back for the installation. Some constructive feedback: the wiper blades were misaligned very far to the left, and went off the windshiled completely the first time I used them. I had to take the car to the dealership and they fixed it. There are areas on the driver side exterior where it looks like touch up work was done, but it's overpainted and is rough to the touch and stands out from the rest of the car body. I'm sure they will repair all these items once I take the car back in. To my original sentiment, the staff at Wayns Autobody are quite possibly the Best I have ever had the privilege to work with, and their professionalism and support really make them stand out. I would highly recommend Wayne's!

A lot of delays. We mentioned the ABS wasn't working when the rep took pictures of the damage. Was hoping since we made them aware of the problem they would of had someone look at it and get it on there list. Said it would be ready on Friday. On Friday they said the ABS wasn't working. Wire was cut needed to order new wiring. Wish they would have started sooner. We pointed it out to the Rep when we brought it in. Went in to pick it up 3 ****/2 weeks later. Presented a bill for 2600 500 deductible. Took a while to realize the bill wasn't ours but still charged the 500 deductible when ours is 240 and was clearly marked on the bill. Called and the girl said they would send us a check for the difference. Lots of delays. We realize the Lexus was sent to a electrical repair shop and it was out of Wayne's repair shops hands. We were on the bottom of there repairs list I'm sure. Just can't say we were 100% satisfied. Everything seems to work perfect. Beautiful job repairing and painting the Lexus. Couldn't be more happy with the job. We pointed out the ABS system not working on day ****. Should have scheduled electrical work on day ****. Maybe it wouldn't have taken so long. Thanks!
