I was very impressed with the customer service. I was waited on immediately and given an estimate within 10 minutes. Heitzman has an excellent rep in the community and when I told the insurance company who I had chosen, they were very satisfied with who would do the job. I loved the text messages updating me with my car's progress daily. They made me feel a part of the process and not just the person waiting a set amount of days for the car to be do e. I could plan my days. And.... My car was vacuumed... I brought it in dinged and dirty and it came home clean and looking brand new. Thank You so much

The repairs were great. The car looks as good as new. You timing on finishing the job was not. You said it would be ready for sure last Friday,then monday for sure, then first thing tuesday. Finally at 12.00 it was done. This left a bad taste on you interest in being reliable. Donald F
