Kim is truly a professional. She really cares about having things be perfect. Because she is so proud of the work she makes sure it is done well. We are totally pleased with the care (two times now) we've had at Dimmitt. If we need you again we will request you from USAA, as we did before.

Yes I was totally satisfied the people there were great. They're able to get me in and out in my time from when I needed to have my car fixed in detail. Only problem I have is this survey text came at 6 AM in the morning and it woke me up.

Communication was very poor. I received a text saying my car was getting close to completion, but no phone call to give me an update. I would have to call the next day or on the weekend to get the word that my car would not be ready. Seems they did a good job repairing the car, but I would not use Dimmit again.

Kim was fabulous but the repair technicians were not! The lower portion of the SRX back bumper was not replaced. I had to wait another 45 minutes or more while Kim insisted that it be replaced with the new panel that was stored in the parts department. Definitely a lack of quality controls in place. My repair experience was superb last February and I will continue to use the body shop in the future. Thank you
