Green leaf auto body needs to communicate with their customers better. There were multiple times I was suppose to get a call back the same day and never heard from you even on the following day . You guys did not warn me that everything was going to be removed from my car. Everything in my car had a white film on it once placed back in my car. You misplaced my backseat cover and said you would replace it. This was after I also needed to come back to have trunk realigned to close properly. I would not come back again nor would I refer anyone. My husband had such an amazing experience elsewhere.

The service was amazing! They kept me informed of any problems or issues that came across when fixing my car. The work was detailed to the stickers in place and they helped with the rental car. I will always go there for any service need be and I will refer them to anyone in need of work. Thank you all so cub for your hard work.

Everyone at Greenleaf Auto were wonderful, respectful and supportive of me and my vehicle. They were there when my car needed the attention. It didn't matter how long it took to complete my car, but they took good care of it. I would like to thank everyone over there for everything they have done. Make sure geico or your insurance agent tells you that your deductible has to be paid to the body shop not to insurance company. Also that if there are extra things that will be billed to you same thing have your insurance company geico talk to you instead of a surprise. The body shop was updating weekly and checking on my repairs more than geico. Tony ngo from geico spoke to me feb 22 and never heard from him at all. According to him it's policy they work only through emails and never contact customers. So customer engagement is not part of the policy. How sad and unprofessional from such a big insurance company. Don't try to contact geico on a Friday afternoon they don't have managers working until Monday. The best thing is that all my calls are recorded according to them so they know I'm speaking the truth. Great job for the body shop. Problem you work with a rep and company that blames you for the problems good way to clean their hands.
