You guys really went above and beyond what was asked of you. My sister's car was brought to you after someone backed into her, and not only was the damage from that incident fixed, but so was a scuff on the bumper from another incident entirely! :D The exterior of the car was washed, which I expected. But the interior of the car was thoroughly cleaned as well! There wasn't even any damage inside. They even took all of the misc crap (pens, hair ties, receipts, etc.) out of the center console, cleaned it, and then put everything back in. It was a very pleasant, unexpected surprise. On top of that the staff was friendly, courteous, and to the point. Definitely gonna recommend you guys to friends/family needing repairs!

My experience at mocks was amazing !! I really enjoyed working with Robert and receiving the messages keeping me updated!! My car looked great, I was very pleased!! They also returned cleaned inside and out!! I will return should I ever need body work and recommend mocks body shop to my friends ! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car!!

You all really impressed my husband and I with the excellent repairs! You not only did a great job but you did the repairs in a timely manner. I really appreciate all of the communication through the process as well. Some of the best customer service I have recieved in a long time.
