I wouldn't recommend personally but had no choice my auto insurance set everything up and just had to go with the flow. The lady at the counter was nice though but that's about it.

We received our car back with damage to the steering wheel badge and were treated like we were lying or making it up. Highly unappreciated. I understand that there’s not a lot that can be done but accepting some level of responsibility would have been nice

I had a great experience! Everyone I spoke with or that helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and had great customer service. I was kept updated about my vehicle the entire time they had it and they finished almost 3 weeks early. I would definitely recommend this shop!

I erroneously said I had to take it back and only wanted to ask them a question about my sensors which they answered adequately. Blame it on my age or neglect in not checking my answers before I hit submit I certainly did not want a black mark on their records because of my carelessness and hope an adjustment can be made in their favor My car looks beautiful inside and out and I am very happy with the work done and question answered

It you 15+ days to find out frame bent beyond repair. And I drove the van in. So cost me an extra 1300 dollars Extra..RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS So not happy.

When we got the car back, noticed that the trailer hitch cover was missing. I call Womack and explained that knew the cover was on the car before the crash but didn't know if it was on the car when it got to Womack's. It may have been knocked off during the rear end collision. I asked that they look around their shop and see if they had it. A few minutes later, they called back and said that they didn't find it but had ordered one from Jeep that would be there in a couple of days. That attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations.
