We lost our dog the day before we picked up our car after repairs. Prior to the wreck I had her in my car and didn’t have time to clean it out before wrecking my car. I dreaded getting the car back because of having to clean up after her. Your team so kindly detailed the interior of my car saving me the hard task of cleaning up. It seems so simple but it made me cry that that extra effort was put into my car…thank you

Many delays for designated time and as I picked up my truck they left a unrepaired tool box behind on the driver side tool box. Tool box door does not properly open.
