Except for a rattle that happens when I accelerate, the headlights seem pointed wrong, and the hand brake needing adjustment, your employees were very good and helpful.

Parts were installed without being painted. Need to schedule return appointment for painting. Internal Panel not properly reinstalled. Fender flair (black) with white residue that won’t come off.

I was told that additional work was going to be done to touch up some scrapes and that the vehicle would be washed prior to pick up. Neither occurred.

The repairs are done.thank you for that. And they are very good. My only concern is talking to my contact person I had too many promessed date of completion that did not happen. Don't make promesses you cannot keep. I know about parts delays ect.... Thank you for your help on this (?) project. Laurent.

After looking at smaller details it looks like the car we’re just kind of thrown put together to be completed quicker. Some of the trims just don’t seem to line up or go underneath or certain areas where they’re supposed to attach the inner lining of the vehicle material doesn’t look like it seats all the way or if it’s missing some sort of component. The vehicle not being dused off or cleaned from the debris and the materials used as well as the exterior were adhesive were used. Looking at the big picture it looks like everything was completed and it looks great but again after looking at those smaller detail things it’s just not as happy as I thought I should’ve been for the price I paid and insurance.

The service and workmanship are lousy. I am very disappointed that being a reputable dealer auto body shop would have such a group of irresponsible work force. I will not recommend any body to have work done there period. Even getting the car back and visually fine in the outside look of it, but I am still wondering would that be anything else they missed and up on the surface later on. Well! I learned a session.
