I didn't feel like my experience was acceptable. I was told on 4 different days my car would be ready for pick up. It had 4 estimates. Kept saying they had to order parts. 30 days later I get my car and the only help I was assisted with was 2 days paid on my rental. Which I paid 28 days out of pocket a total of $655. I was first told 8 days then 2 weeks. But 4 weeks? Every time I talked to someone it ended up being wrong. They finally ordered the strut and knuckle to finish my suspension and alignment 28 days into having my car. They told me for the last 2 weeks they were working on "alignment and suspension." Before that it sat for a week to fix a "wheel gap." Overall really unhappy and would've liked a better compensation then just 2 days of my rental for a total of $39.

From the beginning of the process Tim and the rest of the gang were so professional - detail oriented - knowledgeable and friendly. Tim actually called me to set up a time to come in - that was awesome - thanks Tim. The Client update system you have in place is such a great feature and a confidence builder - super good!! Of course - if the need arises - I would absolutely return! Great job!!

Tyson was great at keeping me up to date with my car. When he didn't hear back from me via text message he called me to see if I was receiving the up dates. He explained every process perfect which made it easy for me to follow.

Being in a collision was traumatic for me. I knew it was not my fault. I had just made the last payment on my car! From the time I walked in I knew Mercedes and others were going to take care of my car and provide good service to me. The thing I was not prepared for was to leave my car and have Enterprise called. I thought you were going to give me an estimate and schedule repairs later. I think customers need a heads up so they can plan ahead to borrow or rent a car. Rental at Enterprise was $357.00 for the week and I didn’t know whose insurance would pay for that. I never knew the total cost to repair my car until I picked it up. You just can’t have enough communication with your customers.I appreciated the emails and updates. Trudy Orth

The work completed seems to have my vehicle back to pre-collision condition. What I appreciated the most was the continued updates provided and interactions with your collision representative, Gail Tolar. As a manufacturer representative for the past 37 years that calls on independent businesses up and down the west coast, my vehicle in a number of years will have moved on, however, what I will remember is the experience I had with your firm getting it repaired. Gail made that a most positive one, and I don’t believe there was any room for improvement. Thank You, and Thank You, Gail!!! Bob S

Obviously the repairs of my car was to difficult for you to do even though it was only a fenderbender. You have too many employees pointing there finger. Can anyone follow through and do there job. Stop the blame game......

I slid in the snow and tore my lower front bumper up on my 2013 Acura TL. I decided to schedule an estimate appointment via Hannah web site. I arrived and the service writer Michael wrote my estimate. One if the body technicians noticed the fender had been bumped and the paint was cracked, i had asked if we could not paint the fender as i was fine with the tiny crack which was partially hidden by the bumper, the technician had agreed as long as the bumper removal was done without any further damage to the lone crack. I agreed to drop off the following Saturday. Thirteen days after I dropped off I received a voicemail advising my vehicle was done and could be picked up. Due to it being a Saturday none of the service writers were on site, so I walked out with the body technician to look over the job. I asked why the fender had been painted? He advised after removing the front bumper the crack had remained the same as before and he made it known to not paint the fender. I never received an update via the service writer about this issue, nor did I receive any text updates which I had checked the box at the time of my drop off to receiver once a week. The tech had advised the chip had been picked at some point after he sent the car to the painters, causing the paint to completely flake off the fender, leaving no choice but to repair and paint the fender. This was a disappointment as a phone call would have been nice at the time of this new development. The car looked perfect, the paint matched and all the new parts looked better than before! I also asked the technician why the job took two weeks, he advised one of the parts that was needed was out of New York, I wondered again why I didn't receive a phone call or text update. I had to pay out of pocket partially for my rental car and would have been nice to know the job was going to take twice as long as a normal bumper job. I would have happily paid the shipping to expedite the parts to keep my loaner car bill down. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from the office, I am extremely happy with the repair job and detail. As I read over the last four years plus of comments on Google it appears that lack of communication has been an ongoing problem. I hope this is fixed as the people that will suffer are the people doing their jobs in the shop. If I could give the repair job 5 starts I would
