I am soooo impressed with the service I received! Every step of the process to getting my JEPP fixed was beyond my expectation! Besides the quality work that was done, when I went to pick it up they had washed and detailed the inside! I’m a mom of a 4 year old and a dog owner. I try hard to clean the inside of my car but sometimes I just don’t have time! It was like Christmas when I opened up the hatch and saw they cleaned the inside! I had been taking my car to McCords in Longview for 2 years where we bought it and wasn’t impressed with the service I have had. I will NEVER go back! **** Hannah, you have earned my trust and I will now ONLY take my car to you! Thank you for making my experience what I always thought it should be, plus more. Also please thank Tyson! He was so easy to work with! He is a great employer! Thanks Again, Stacey

8 weeks with conflicting dates given, flat out lied to about parts still needing to be ordered, asked two different occasions to speak to a manager left name and phone number never received a call back. Completely unhappy with the process and will never use again

Our guy Charlie was great. He explained not only what was happening, but also gave us heads up about what to expect. He was available whenever we needed him. Throughout a terrible situation, he was a source of information and sanity.

It was a good process to get a quote, to get the repair scheduled, and to get the repair done. It came back earlier than scheduled which was helpful. I appreciate all that AJ did to work with the insurance company. He was very helpful and explained what was going on. I appreciate him going the extra mile to help me with this situation.

Tyson Simonson was exceptional and went out of his way to take care of my repair. Good man and great rep hands down.As for the Collision Department my opinion is to change nothing. You guys are amazing. I had a stress free experience, very friendly staff and environment. I trust my vehicle and service to **** Hannah Collision repair. More than expected and was not disappointed.

No,. You had my car ther from October 25-November 28. The oil issue, the car was not cleaned after service to my expectations. The car now is making clicking noises. I will need to bring back for that. The estimate was way off. Those are my comments.
