When I left the truck at the collision center it ran great. When I picked it I was asked if I had a battery problem because they had to jump start twice and left it running when it was returned to me. I drove 34 miles home and the voltage meter showed it was normal. Right after I parked it I wasn't able to start it. On the way I checked to see if the windows were up and when i pulled on the two front window switches (which is something I routinely do) the display went blank and lights popped up on the dash. Now I will have to have it towed to a dealer.

Got My Van back !!! Gabby my collison adjuster was AMAZING!!!! VERY HELPFUL, CALM, CONFIDENT. She helped me navigate with the very interesting and different insurance through Kiewt and Sons, Inc. ** rear ended by someone driving the company's car approx 3 weeks ago.

JD did a great job with communication. The car looks like brand new. They did an awesome job repairing the damage. It took 2 weeks to get it done but it is worth the wait since the craftsmanship is superb. JD was a pleasure to work with.

I had to call after a several weeks to find out status on the arrival of parts. It turns out that you had the parts for **** ****/2 weeks. I was told to bring the car in. I then drove to the facility to find out that you had moved which no one told me about. The good news... The original young man who helped me was awesome. I am thrilled with the car. It was spotless when I picked it up. Thank you. Other than the parts and drop off issues I am very pleased.

The work quality of my vehicle was nice, but the communication was terrible. I had the same issue last week as well when I was getting my car serviced at the Kia service center. This was my third experience in a row with **** Hannah where the communication was poor. I will be taking my business elsewhere for all of my service needs from here on out.
