Everyone was kind, considerate and made me feel as though I was the most important as they were working with me. Since I was paying cash the cost was made adjustable to that. Special thanks to Mike who called almost everyday to keep me informed. I felt very special by the excellent service. My baby is back to its beautiful self.

Several things were not finished, or fixed at all. I am very displeased with the current outcome. I don’t understand why I was told work is complete when it clearly isn’t. I look forward to speaking to the appropriate person ASAP.

Today...i finally cleared out some of the stuff that your personnel put into bags...found a part still in the factory bag that never was put on...also..i have been hearing many noises coming from the undercarriage... Been gone for a week plus..then had to go to eugene and back... After u all had had my car for 2 ****/2 months would had hoped all would be done... Would appreciate someone contacting me asap on theze issues Thx TIM F

I don’t think the communication issues were on **** Hannah side, in fact I’m pretty certain it was 100% my insurance company issues. I appreciated the almost daily update emails on progress. I am satisfied with the final look of my car and I thank you for making it look great.
