Your service and attention to the very details in the process is exceptional in my life experience with motor vehicles. You have far exceeded my experience with Toyota, where I have purchased 7 brand new cars in the past 24 years. Since I purchased my Subaru Forester in 2017 and the repair at your body shop I have made up my mind my only car dealer from now on will be **** Hannah and Subaru. Just wanted to say that your employee Kassie Shaw (hope I’m spelling correctly), is phenomenal. It isn’t often I get such amazing customer service from anywhere. I’m very impressed with her work ethic and knowledge, and her continuously clear, honest and realistic communication with me. Thank you to everyone else behind the scenes who worked on my car and helped in the process. But a special thanks to Kassie for being so outstanding. If nothing else, working with her was the best part.

Up until the day i picked up my car service was excellent. Today the car had water spits all over the right side. Car had 84 miles driven by shop. Mike told me on the phone the car had not been driven. Inside of the car was dusty after 6 weeks in your body shop. Lot a scratch on serious but needs to be buffed out. I do not like being called a liar in so many words. I have been very understanding on the delays. If you cannot trust the person you are working with!! Then you have a problem.
