There was a bit of a delay -- supply chain issues as was explained very early in the process. Everyone we spoke with was cheerful, supportive, professional, caring. It was a pity we had to wreck a car to get introduced to such great people!

My wife’s car ( Honda Accord) has been worked on since February 6th. The repairs are still not complete and your people made use sign a release that it was unsafe to drive. Sadly we have all ready paid. So I guess we are just out of luck? Will it get fixed? We have called and stopped by but just keep getting the run around

My initial experience was exceptional and then I was assigned to a new estimator and I had to stalk them and get management involved for a response. I’m sure they are overworked. Nonetheless, it’s not a good customer experience. But I do champion your location for being more available then others.
