I deeply appreciate Tom's professionalism. He explained his initial estimate, as well as the process. I also appreciate the notifications I received explaining what stage of repair my car was in. The hood is beautifully prepared. I didn't understood why the rear grill had to be removed. That seemed odd. But the hood looks great!

Looks like a great job. About 2 ****/2 years ago A&M repaired my Ford Ranger and replaced the bed but now if i get a full tank of gas it overflows. It seems the gas inlet pipe probably was not secured and worked its way loose after a year. So now i never get a full tank of gas to avoid a mess.

****. The work is not completed as yet - missing part, Tom knows and is searching.
2. Work took 5 calendar days (3 working days) longer than planned. This was explained and understood, however 3 delay notices arrived each day at 4 pm just as was scheduled for completion.
3. Updating of correct deductible a bit mixed up despite my advance call to confirm; settled ok day of paymment.
4. Car looks good; work appears well-done.
