As I checked the vehicle in I pointed out three Scruff marks in the person checking me and said they would take care of those at no charge. That did not happen and it fell through the cracks

This is my third time using A&M. I’m very happy with the customer service, the finished work, and communication. The detail guy left scratches in the clear coat all over the car. Not unforseeable, but disappointing. The car appears to have been washed with unclean rags or was not sufficiently rinsed of debris with a hose prior to washing. The car had very little in the way of clear coat scratches because it has never been through an automatic car wash or cleaned carelessly. The difference is very noticeable on drivers side panels and on the hood.

Our experience with A&M far exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated the ease of getting an estimate and scheduling our repair, and especially that it was completed on time. The daily updates were very reassuring. We were also surprised and thrilled to find that the interior of our car was cleaned so beautifully, which we did not expect at all, and was a wonderful bonus. Your shop is doing most everything in the right manner to be a very successful business--your updates were timely and kept me aware from the point of drop-off
to letting me know you were progressing on time, to the day prior that you expected to complete today, the day promised. Was called 40-minutes prior to pick-up that they were cleaning and it would be ready at 3 PM. I was there a couple of minutes early & it was waiting. The job looks fabulous---am totally amazed at your work--will tell State Farm this, Thank you A&M crew!!!
