I liked the text updates. I also really appreciated Jim working to get a new bumper instead a used one and also to get my deductible lowered. It made me feel like my interest was in mind, not just getting it done and making money-even though I know that is vitally important ;) and you changed my blinker light which I didn't know till my drive home and I was stoked!

I have had A&M six multiple cars over the years they are professional and courteous. They do exactly what they say they're going to do and they go the extra mile and making sure you feel comfortable. They keep you apprised of the work as you go along and they're very very friendly I really like them and I'll always use them as my auto body repair shop.I have two sons so that will be pretty frequently I'm sure ha ha

I thought the car would be cleaned inside and out, according to my insurance company. Car was cleaned a little bit, but still dirty inside and out. Also, I found a Bic lighter on the front seat. Not mine. I like the folks at A&M, good communication, but this was disappointing.
