There was an issue with the repair. The seams around the driver side back fender panel, tire well cover, and bumper did not line up.

Millennium Collision made the process of repairing my bumper so easy. They were patient with me in explaining all the options and making sure I understood everything before making a final decision. Everyone I came in contact with from Geico, Enterprise, and the guys in the shop were helpful and made this process go more smoothly than I could have imagined. I am very satisfied with the results of my car bumper as well.

I can't believe after having my car for almost 2 months that I got it back dirty. Specially after I was told it will be detailed just for being so patient they just half vacuum the floor and that's it very dissatisfied with that.

I had plans to go out of town today wednesday 7/19. My car was promised to me by mon 7/17, my car was not ready until 4 pm today 7/19. I picked my car up and got on the road to head out of town, I drove for about an hour and stopped for gas off 85 N. I got back in the car to leave and my car would not start. I had to get my car towed back to durham sports durst. Im a hour away from home stranded. Waiting on someone to pick me up and take me back home, i have a hotel thats already been paid for where i was headed, and i will lose my money for that. Im very annoyed and agitated at this ordeal, my vacation has been ruined by this

From the start, we made one thing clear: We needed the car repair to be completed by Wednesday June 28 because of an important scheduled family trip. If you can't finish the work by then, we don't want you to start. You took the car with that understanding. On Monday June 26 you gave us this reassuring update: From: Millenium Collision Date: Monday, June 26, 2017 at 3:14 PM To: "LeFebvre, Donna H." Subject: Update William, We are over the halfway mark! Your Honda is 75 % complete and still on target for 06/28/2017 05:00 PM. Millenium Collision But when I called GEICO for an update Wednesday 6/28, several hours passed before you informed me that it would not be finished that day, after all. You called me late Wednesday afternoon to tell me it would be finished the end of the next day, Thursday 6/29, a day late. I'm not satisfied that you made a sufficient effort to finish the job on time. And you definitely failed in communicating with me, to give me advance warning that the car would be late. Because it was finished a day late, we had to begin our long family trip to upstate New York at 6pm Thursday, a terrible time to start a long drive.

They fixed my taillight for me while they were repairing the bumper. I did not ask for this to be fixed, but he called and said they could fix it for me at a cost. I appreciate them taking the extra time to do this.
