Having the completion date postponed twice for a total of six days delay was slightly frustrating, especially because I was informed of the delay the day I was supposed to pick the vehicle up, but overall it was a very smooth operation, and my car was returned to me in excellent condition as far as I can tell.

The repair shop guy is outstanding in regards to customer service. He took me out in my car after repairs because I was worried about it and he took the time to explain to me the many reasons what was going on might happen. He was terrific! I'll use him again even without geico if needed!

I love it when, Geico, The repair shop, (Sport Durst), and The rent shop, (Enterprise), are all located in one spot. This makes the process so much easier. Sport Durst did an outstanding job on the repairs and I love it because, all the repairs are Guaranteed. Thanks
