Mackin's Auto Body - Salmon Creek

The work looks great. The service was mostly great. Very kind and caring. One issue. They did not think the bumper part would come pre painted. If it was, i was told a one day job. If not, a three-day job. I also needed plastic film replaced. But if the bumper needed to be pajnted, would have to wait a couple weeks to cure before the film was installed. Which meant a separate appointment for that. When i picked the car up, was told the bumper was pre painted. Was also told they didnt know because they didn't open the box until i brought the cAr in. So now, i have to take more time off to get the plastic film installed, requiring another rental car for a day. Had they opened the box and looked this all could have been done in one shot. So disappointed they just didn't even look to see if prepainted. A simple thing that would have made the complete job much easier on me. Without that, great work and service

Great from start to finish. I appreciated the clean waiting room, thorough estimate, timely updates and most of all getting a car back that looks perfect inside and out! You were all so courteous and friendly. I see why USAA chooses you as one of their shops. And I will recommend you to anyone needing a body shop.
