My car was dirty. I brought it to the attention of my service representative and he said it was washed at some point. I pointed out what I thought were inconsistencies with the repair. He quickly suggested it was lighting. I felt my pick up was rushed, forcing me to be okay with lighting as a justification at 3pm on a bright sunny 90 day. Simply pulling my car out and showing me the difference if it is lighting would have been helpful. Not just handing me my keys.
