When I drop my car off for repair, I discussed with Kirk that I wanted the right side of my car and back bumper repaired. The repair took almost 3 weeks and when I picked it up yesterday, I was very disappointed to find that mackin's never even repaired my bumper! Nobody communicated with me about not fixing it. When I picked up my car, I was expecting it to look like new - and was frustrated to discover that mackin's only completed half the job.
