I had heard from friends and neighbors that Mackin’s was good, and that they were nice people to work with. I had had only one brief experience there, when I’d had to have a light replaced and they didn’t charge me. I remember saying at the time that if I ever wrecked my car, I’d bring it there. I was joking at the time, but when I got into an accident a couple of weeks ago, they were the first people I thought of. From the first time I walked in to their office, shaken from the accident, throughout the process, with the regular text messages from Mark, giving me updates and telling me when the work would be completed, they were terrific. When I picked my car up yesterday, it was immaculate and looked better than it did before I took it in. And the staff was great; friendly, professional, competent, and caring. They take pride in their work at Mackin’s, as they should. They’re as good as it gets, in terms of both customer service and body work. And you walk out the door with a written guarantee! That’s as good as it gets.

As soon as the insurance company told me where they were going to take my car for estimates and repair I thought I was going to be waiting weeks for it to be as I’ve had terrible experiences before. Mackin’s has blown me away. I was called within minutes of my approval and set up for an appointment right away. Once all the proper procedures were in place I had my car in had a rental car ready to go and within not even two days of mackins having my car it was repaired everyone was ready and willing to help and even get things done early as I had shown up earlier than expected. Awesome experience I will definitely recommend
