Mackin’s Auto Body was recommended after a hit and run incident with our Honda, and they were excellent- not only were they friendly, professional and provide consistent communication ok the status of the repairs, they also communicated well with our insurance company to make the experience as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them.

I was disappointed they didn’t let me know about the delay sooner and the reasons for it. But they did could work and I am satisfied.

Mark and crew labored so efficiently that I was able to pick up my car 2 days before it was originally quoted (5 days).This is the 2nd time I have taken this car to a Mackin's and have recommended it to other friends. Thank you for your attention to detail and the expedient service!

So far so good. The only bummer of my entire experience was that Friday (****/11) I was told my car went into the paint shop and they will call me Monday. Then Friday at 400 I got a call saying my car is done and to come get it. I happened to be in town (I work in Salem and often travel for work), I live close and was able to come get it. My insurance only agreed to pay for my rental while my car was actively being worked on, so had my circumstances been different I would have had to pay for my rental for the entire weekend at $40 per day. It worked out, cause I was avaliable, but I was told in the morning they would call me Monday and then the next time was at 4pm. So, that is the only thing that was frustrating. Also, if it wasn't a Friday, less of a big deal. However, it was on the edge of the weekend. Aside from that, everything was great. They gave me thr guarantee, they walked me through every part of my repair and I really appreciated the texts they sent throughout the process. Overall my experience was good. I would recommend this shop to anyone that asks. I really liked Melissa and (I forget his name) but the gentleman assigned to my car, that showed me all the repairs and walked me through the process.

Great text updates, and I appreciate the connection with Enterprise car rental. Made everything easy and pleasant.
