Communications seemed slow whenever it was news I may not have wanted to hear. On the first expected completion date, I had to call to find out late in the day the car would be several days later because of 'late part deliveries". Then it was delayed because of a family emergency by the 'technician assigned to my car" (are their not others that can pick up the slack as this inevitably happens in a company this size). On the subsequent expected completion date the car was still not ready when I called. So a 2 day delay for late parts and **** day for the emergency resulted in a week's delay. It's much better to hear about the delays as soon as they are known rather than after the fact. WHen the car was actually ready, the call did not come until 40 minutes before closing time. Had I known it was going to be ready by the end of the day, I could have rearranged my day to pick up rather than waiting till the next day. Better communications from the shop to the front desk would have helped hear.

I love that you all provide text updates! It was nice knowing how my car was coming along. I did feel a little rushed when I initially dropped off my vehicle but I understand that it was a Friday and near the end of the day.

My only bit of dissatisfaction was the prolonged wait. I don't know how much of that could have been helped, but from my perspective I found out twice that it would take me longer to get my truck back, and that kind of ****. If I were to offer a possible solution, maybe over-pitch it by a few days and then let them know it's ready "early" with a bit of a cushion thrown in? I don't know. I can't really tell you how to do your job when I'm completely unfamiliar with cars and that stuff.

My car was beautifully repaired. In addition it is now much cleaner inside and out, something I really appreciate. I'm so happy to have my car back, and in like-new condition. Each of you was wonderful to deal with during the process. The work seems to be very high quality. I will definitely recommend your shop to others.

Thank you for doing things like vacuuming the van and washing it before I picked it up. Also appreciate the small details like replacing the torn rubber by the back hatch.

My passenger door didn't work my check engine light was on and when I tried to work something out with the person to pick up the car on the later day it was no because he already submitted to the company but at the same time my car wasn't totally done so I didn't feel that good about that
