Julie was very pleasant to deal with. She kept her word. If she said she would call me with updates, she called me with updates. I never felt “out of the loop” and felt the time taken to repair my car wasv very appropriate. The text message I received telling me my car was ready and wanted to come home, shows you know how people feel about their cars and you have a great sense of humor!
