Communication was great. Everything about the whole process was great the only problem was that my electric vehicle was not charged so I couldn’t drive home and had to drive to a friends’s house to charge it for an hour and a half so I can get back to my house. Otherwise it was a great experience. Please be aware that the electric cars may need to charge

Parts could have been checked out before car was brought in for damage before job was scheduled and pay attenchane to were driver was to be picked up at when was told by customer were address was at made driver go to wrong place for pick up
