The work you did is impeccable, I’m thrilled to have my car restored to its “new” status! I also love that you wash the car. Only thing I don’t like is having to go to Enterprise with the rental before I pick up my car...Enterprise said that of course they would make an exception for me if I had to do this again, but I told them I wouldn’t want to be an “exception,” but that I think the policy should be changed. No biggie, the excellent work you do is what’s important. Thank you Sara, Jake, and all others involved.

Fabulous service. Sarah went out of her way to make sure I had the specific type of rental car I needed, and had it all set up and streamlined. Randi was so nice and efficient, and spot on with her estimate. The work was beautiful and completed a day early, and the repair technician even helped me with something extra that I mentioned was bothering me. LOVE Star and recommend them always! I’m a repeat customer and already planning some more updating I want done in the spring. Thank you!!

the car was brought in for some lightly damaged paint on rear bumper. I still don't see why it took 3 days to fix it. Nice job when we finally got it back though.
