Whatever you’re paying your front desk assistant, it’s probably not enough. She is your first and last impression and does a very good job with that. Friendly and genuine. I appreciated the use of the text technology and the loaner car. Made the entire experience easy. The finished product looks very good. I’ll use you again if needed. Thank you.

I would give Star Body Works 10 stars! They went over and way above to do everything they could to make my car brand new. I’m impressed, and the fact that they arranged to airfreight a new turkey-featherless windshield in from Sweden was astonishing. Anything they would have gotten from a distribution center in the USA would have been a month or more out, due to backlog...Thank you so much, I will sing your praises widely! Tammy A

Thanks for the great loaner car, the car washes for follow up vehical care, for finding all of the additional problems with my car that were not evident when I received my estimate, and for looking over the repairs with me before I left. Also, my car was a million times cleaner than it was when I left it with you on April 12th.

Picked up my 2005 Toyota Tacoma today and it looked like it just came off of the showroom floor, I’m completely satisfied with the work y’all did, the folks in the office were exceptional it was really a joy to talk with them, all the updates were informing and my truck was finished ahead of schedule, also the loaner vehicle was clean an reliable, I’ll recommend Star to everyone, Thank You!
