The delay in the repair was a major drag. Also leaving my car out in the rain for two months created terrible water stains. Then you did offer to get it detailed at Its all about the details body shop but they didn’t complete the job either and gave the car back to me dirty, both in the interior and the wheels. They only did the water stain removal. Very disappointing.

Took a very long time for repairs and bumper was not fully fixed. Still has some gashes on the front that were just painted over. Everything else looks good though.

Your staff was incredible. Five star service. Very knowledgeable. Kept me informed though out the entire process. I was told before I picked up the car that the techs had completed the final inspection and that all work was completed to factory specs. However, when I drove off the lot, I found that my driver’s side window on my new door did not work. I was only a half mile away so I immediately returned. The tech told me that he didn’t have the proper equipment to reprogram the window and that I’d have to take it to the dealer. I took an afternoon off of work to to this only to find out that the relay for the window was wrong and not a programmable one. The Dealer has ordered the proper relay and once again I am going to have to take more time off of work ( I am a Doctor with a busy practice) to take the car in the be serviced. I have lost hundreds of dollars and a lot of my time dealing with an issue that should have been easily caught during the final inspection.

It took a crazy long amount of time for the whole thing to be done. And they told me they sent the car out to be detailed, but whatever shop did that did a horrible job — literally worse than a 4 year old playing with a sponge. Nothing on the inside was touched, the windshield was filthy, it was a joke.

My car was in to have a couple spots painted, you guys had my car for 3 weeks. Plus continued to give me different end dates for my work. Every week it was pushed out another week. I had to reschedule an event in the anticipation of having to pick my car up when I was told it would be done in order to not have to pay any other days for my rental, and then continued to wait for two more weeks. I’ve had work done in the past at another local body shop and had more extensive work finished in less than half the time with clearer communication. I was not happy and cannot say I will be going with you guys if this type of service is ever needed again.

Everything was repaired or put back on to the way it was and the few things that weren’t were immediately handled and fixed once pointed out. Very satisfied and made the whole experience less stressful.

They had my car 34 days for repairs that should have been completed in a week,maybe 10 days tops. The outside of my car was extremely filthy when I picked it up. Looked like it sat in a construction zone those 34 days. I'm just grateful to have my car back. Don't get me wrong,the body repair looks great.

The body repairs came out fine, but the customer experience was not great. The lady who initially helped was good (at the Summit location), but the guy whom I talked with last, who gave me my keys and finished everything out wasn’t great. I told the place I was coming in the next day at noon on my lunch break (a Friday), and the car wasn’t even ready. They had to jump the dead battery, move another car out of the way, and when I got the car back it wasn’t detailed as expected. The worst part being: only one taillight lens was replaced, but the other still had tint on it. One with tint, one without. No one noticed till I pointed it out. Then I was told they forgot to install the lens tint which they specifically asked for at the beginning. I asked if they could at least remove the tint off of the old one so at least the cars taillights matched. I had to wait for that. Overall, disappointed how my 2021 got treated. I hope not as nice or not as clean cars don’t get worse treatment.

Repair was supposed to take one week, even with parts delay. Every time we called there was another delay, mistake, etc and it ended up taking longer than three weeks. I do appreciate that they waved the deductible, but the process and delay were quite a hassle.
