It took so much time to do the repairs. Even now a mud flap has to be replaced, so I have to go back again. Disappointed in the time it has taken. Otherwise, the car looks great!

After having my car for an entire month we picked it up and did not get even two blocks away before my car started to make a horrible noise. We took it back they fixed what they broke and then once we made it to ashland the car was smoking and the engine making a horrible noise again. We will be bringing it back and expect it to be fixed properly this time.

robert i think his name was , he was very helpful in the whole process with explaining what was happening the whole time and was very friendly and i appreciates that. there was one other woman at the front desk who was also friendly and they gave me 9 instead of 3 car washes for the troubles and difficulties i’ve had the past few weeks of my car being in your shop. overall good experience thank you

The end result was good, but we had a communication glitch when I was incorrectly advised when my car was ready. But Star did work hard to minimize the delay. I'm good with that after the initial disappointment

My car was an unexpected 'drop in' for Star Body Works. Sarah was very helpful in coordinating things also. Robert kept me well informed of the time they needed for repairs and exactly what was damaged on my car. I had been to Star Body Works decades ago so was happy to have them work on my car again. I definitely wasn't disappointed. They were very sensitive to the fact that I was paying out of pocket. Besides having confidence in their work they also offered to come pick me up if I couldn't get a ride to pick up my car. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. It was incredibly messy and dirty from being up in the mountains most of the summer. They also give car free car washes to their customers. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, I think they're great and I'm grateful they were the ones to fix my car.
