There is still a noise of something sliding around when we drive. Before we discuss that issue, we will take the tailgate and the few other things out of the camper to determine what the issue actually is. The front parking lights do not seem to be working either. We will be in contact with you and Progressive at a later date about these issues.

Aside from the delay caused by the inadequacy of the "after-market" pieces originally ordered, this went remarkably smoothly. The staff at STAR is unfailingly polite, friendly, helpful and professional and the work, so far as I can tell (having only had the vehicle back a few days) seems superior. They have a good reputation locally and this certainly did NOT tarnish that reputation.

Very easy process with no hassle. Everyone I talked with from bringing in my car to picking it up was very friendly and they gave me the impression that my car was as valuable to them as how I feel about it. The work was done in a timely manner and I appreciate that.
