Two areas for improvement.
****. I received an email saying the vehicle was ready for pickup a week before it was ready. Possible computer generated? Fortunately I called rather than taking off work and Adam was very apologetic. No harm. Just something to address.
2. When picked up, the car exterior was dirty. It is pollen season, but a quick rinse would have made a better first impression.
No big deal on either item, just areas to polish off your excellent work.

The outside looked great, but when I turn onThey air conditioner it smells like something is burning. Plus I'm not sure where they stored my car but now I can't even see out my back windshield and that had nothing to do with while my car was there but for some reason now my tent is ruin am I back windshield I don't know if someone tried to cleaner are sprayed chemicals on at when plane in my car and left it in a very very hot area.

Alan **** was awesome at handling my repairs, staying in touch and explaing everything. It was an awesome experience with your service department and bodyshop. I was able to get an oil change and the recall taken care of. I thoroughly loved the email and text updating. Super job Akan and team. Just for the record i have had body work done on a previous Jeep i was satisfied before but this time i felt they was over the top with customer service.

I don't think your work was done correctly and it shows. The front left fender is not correctly installed nor the left front headlight. Gaps between good and fender. I was also told the car was going to be cleaned and it wasn't washed very well. Over spray I am very unhappy with the work and vey unsatisfied. I have had a lot of bodywork done over the years but this has to be the worst
