They fixed the major damage but there was also a small scratch on a different panel that was not fixed. I brought this to attention multiple times in the insurance documentation, on the phone making the appointment, and when I dropped it off. When they finished the work and I asked about it, I was told to by a marker pen and fix it myself.

Please don’t call me. It’s over and I need to put it behind me. There is nothing that can be done at this point and I’m just happy to have my car back. You took 31 days to do a 4 day repair and even then it wasn’t done properly or completely and I’m upset with myself that I let what was obviously a rush job done on day 31 get pawned off on me as a job well done. So I brought it back. I live almost an hour away and this process was such a waste of time and money. I understand it’s due to staffing issues and massive turnover this summer which I get, but you should not be taking in more jobs than you can actually get done and get done timely and well. The job didn’t require backordered parts and was not labor intensive so there’s no legitimate excuse. I manage a law office and sometimes I turn away a case if we don’t have the time or ability to get the job done correctly. You need to do the same until you get your act together and resolve whatever internal issues you have going on there before the internet is littered with bad reviews which you won’t easily recover from. I also know I’m not the only person in this situation. You have other cars just sitting there in various states of disrepair with upset customers.

Was supposed to be 4-5 days to fix . Took3-4 weeks. I would actively call to check on my own car , and they would say they would call me back, and never returned **** call. The only time they did call me , was when it was done almost a month later.
