I do have a minor suggestion for consideration. There were several things that were beyond the team's control, wrong part shipped, delayed start date for repair, personnel changes etc. these factors are common and repair sytart is a fluid thing. When this happens after a window of possible start date has been given, it would be nice to proactively keep the customer updated as best as possible with the constraints of the heavy workload and congestion. Rather than rely on me every 7 days request an update and then update be "Sorry we are delayed". It did not impact me or change my ranking of your professional attributes , expertise or customer support. You are my preferred bodyshop.. Just a suggestion.

My experience was unsatisfying. There was no follow-through by management on the completion of the tailgate not once but three times before the task was completed. The first the removal of crushed glass from the interior and missing a rear wiper blade cover. Second,after being called again the task was completed, I found a scratch an 6 paint chips on the exterior as a result of the glass being installed. Required a third fix to address the paint chips and scratch. I intend to contact Mark Camp for a sit down meeting next week at his convenience to discuss several Rowe issues and over the 6 weeks and a warrantee on my tailgate to fix any issues as a result of the initial crash in their Quick Care Center on ****/11/24.

The car was delivered on time; however, the service at delivery could have been better. The customer service rep called and said pick up the car today or we will charge you for storage and will terminate your rental car. More than 2 hours notice would have been appreciated

The service coordinator was a very poor communicator. It was 2 and a half months from estimate to taking the vehicle in. I was quoted one week and it was kept two with no update until I reached out. My intake date was pushed back 3 times and no loaner vehicle was provided
