You guys need to improve in customer service relationship with a better feedback, communication, do things on time or at least try to be honest with the estimates and double check the cars before returning on the way they don’t have other problems different to the ones for what we brought it over there and finally took responsibility of your actions on the way something went wrong try to help the customers because we supposed to trust in your job. I would like one of your supervisors to be in contact with me but in general I would never recommend your service to anybody.

Thanks for a job well done. My one issue that I did not realize until I drove off was the overwhelming paint fumes inside the car and it was sprinkling so we could not totally air it out while we drive home.

I liked the text updates about my car. I also appreciated the staff member that said I could come back in when I noticed some drip from the clear coat. He said I should come in about a week later (once it was no longer soft) and they would sand it out for me. Very happy with how everything turned out! Thank you!

Although the cosmetic repair of the bumper was done ok, the car presented an air bag malfunction light that started showing up after the impact. The technician didn’t think it was related to the impact. But that doesn’t make sense that is not related since we didn’t have a light an now we have an intermittent light issue

Continued to receive text my truck was on scheduled for the 22 of December.that date passed and never got a call or email stating any difference.then the text kept coming after the 22nd saying vechile is on time when it was already passed the date given via text.got vechile back on the 3rd of January.im fine with the time it took but shouldn’t be told one date and when that never came not one message was sent to say otherwise
