Timely updates on my repair progress (especially after multiple timeline extensions) would have been helpful. Instead I frequently had to initiate contact to be told the repair progress was delayed. From the customer service standpoint, I felt that I was often forgotten or neglected to be updated. While I understand being busy and chain supply/weather delays, not receiving timely updates from staff was extremely frustrating. I feel if I didn’t initiate contact for updates my vehicle would have been delayed even longer in return.

No one thief. The parson how did the job is (Jace) very bad guy. I tread my Infiniti and paid upfront but but he call my ins. Company and ask the money again and told them not pay me at the same time I told him to contact with the sales department manager because I trade my suv. Such a bad Customer service I will tell my friends and family not to go there also I will put in social media as well.

I haven’t had the chance to contact anybody but when I received my car back the vent adjuster that you open and close the vents was broken and sat in my cup holder, I’m 100% positive that it wasn’t there or broken when I dropped it off!!
Other than that, I am complaining happy with the repairs made to my vehicle.. I hope this issue will be taken care of as well.

Satisfied but still had glass in floor mats in back seat plus their was glass inside seat belt receptacle but was able to get out with a screwdriver as it was causing the belt to malfunction.
