The entire staff was very professional. The work was completed exactly as it was told to me. Gilbert was very honest with me about everything. I would recommend River Oaks to everyone. My truck looks like new again.

River Oaks gave me a quote for three body jobs needed for my car. When I picked up the car, I had to ask the employee to show me the work, and one of the jobs, a dent fix, was not done at all. They were going to charge me money for this. After I clarified, they admitted that the dent repairman hadn't made it on time to fix it, and I had to talk with him at that point, to get this job scheduled at a later time. They adjusted the quote to exclude this job and I paid this, but I felt misled when they told me that all 3 jobs were done when only 2 were. They should have been honest when they called to tell me to pick up the car and when I got there, if all the jobs were completed, and that they charged the correct amount. Finally they should have shown the finished jobs on the car without me having to ask. I will say that the quality of the jobs was very good in the end, and Karen was courteous and prompt in getting and explaining me the quotes including Geico and non-Geico.

Noted that there is an odd sound when opening or closing the door. Not sure if it is a seal or alignment issue?
