I was not notified about my parts being delivered and just replacement of trunk and rear bumper with paint would be at least 8 days, and there is no way I'll get a call when it should be my turn for the paint job. I explained that insurance will only cover my car rental for 5 days and I'd like to have an option to bring my car when it's going to be my turn.
