Horrendous customer service from the start. The only redeeming quality is the young man that does the walk through after repairs. I will not be encouraging anyone to use River Oaks for car repair needs because the follow up is dismal and yall had no clue on what was going on with my car.

I was have Happy with the service when I came to pick up my car. The young man removed all my item out the rental car & put them in my car. He also pulled my car up to the front door for me to drive off. We did an Inspection Of the work that was done on my car. I would give him a 10 with 10 been the highest score!!!!! Thank You.

The upper corners of the rear bumper are not flush with the body. They are raised about an eighth of an inch above the rear panel and should be fixed.

After 3 weeks with the car (repairs including replacing the bumper, air intakes, and turbo intercooler), they told me it was ready for pickup. I turned on the car, only to find that the engine warning lights that were on when I dropped off the car were still on. When I asked why they hadn’t completed the repairs, they gave a bizarre excuse about it being a turbo error message, and that they hadn’t worked on the turbo and were returning the car (even though the intercooler is a component of the turbo system and - had they ever asked me - I could have told them that there was no mechanical problem before the accident) They never called to ask about the light, or whether I had experienced mechanical issues after the accident (I had, all of which are explained by the broken intercooler). They told me to leave the car again and they would look at it, but gave no timeline. Would not promise a return date, a plan going forward, of even commit to when they would look at it, instead claiming that they needed another repair authorization from State Farm. After my husband complained to management, they sent the car to Porsche N Houston, where the Porsche techs confirmed that the turbo pressure had not been addressed during the repair at River Oaks and returned the car within hours. This should have been done during the 3 weeks that you sat on my minor repairs, rather than trying to return a car that wasn’t fully fixed, while getting paid for a full repair. Additionally, when I tried picking up the car the first time, all of the contents from my glovebox were strewn across the passenger seat. The lack of communication and professionalism at Rover Oaks is distressing, especially considering that you are certified by Porsche. Second pickup was fine, car had actually been fixed and was clean.
