Over one month Porter had the car for repair! First time my wife picked up the car, the body repair was flawed. Left the car again,so car could be repaired properly. Not acceptable to me. When I get back and look at the car I will inspect to evaluate the craftsmanship of our car. The amount of time our car was in your shop the car should be perfect the first time. Second who is the shop manager who approved of the first repair. There should be a final inspection before any car is released to the owner.

Besides the long delay which I realize was out of the body shop control,the damaged tire was never replaced which I made the person delivering my truck aware of today and he said he would order one. The clean up job was terrible, again he brought it back to be washed again to rectify it, but once i got home and looked it over some more there is still tape and tape residue in multiple places on the vehicle. There is Still dust inside the car. Rubber from the damaged tire all over the wheel as well. Over spray with blue paint in the bed of the truck. There is also drip marks from paint in two locations in front fender area. I can see mistakes and over looking some things, but some of this is glaringly blatant and after it taking so long in the first place because of a part, I'm even angrier that it has to come back for this dumb stuff.

My car was in your shop for 46 day. I came to pick up my car two different times but was not satisfied with the work that was done, therefore leaving the car for the repairs to be done correctly. Regardless of the fact that I've picked up my car I don't feel comfortable with the overall experience.

Mis-leading timing to completion..lack of personal customer service. Car was returned dirty..which is surprising when working with the normal repair people they actually wash your car even for small repairs Touch ups that were promised were not done until I asked about it But said that it would not last because paint harder was not added Person who I dealt with during inspection and return of car was very pleasant though..

I was informed by both Porter and my insurance company that my total was 419 prior to the beginning of the repair. I was later informed (a week later) by Porter when the repairs were done that I owed the deductible of 500. Asked a rep on the phone why the cost was increased and I got a reply that more damage was found. When I came up to Porter to pick up my vehicle, I then told another reason for the increase coat of repair. The rep during pickup explained that initially, a used part was going to be used but instead a brand new part was used. I don't have a problem with the brand new part and even the 60 increase in cost. I have an issue with being surprised with the increase in cost after repairs and the inconsistency in reasons given for the change. Thank you

I was exceptional please with the service. I am glad that I used an auto body shop recommended by USAA. Shamar Whitaker was very professional and courteous. Erica was very helpful too. I will recommend Porter Autobody West. The entire staff was always willing to answer questions. The entire process was well organized and the staff was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I appreciate everything that Porter did to make this a smooth process. The auto bodywork itself was amazing. My front bumper never looked better. Thank you very much for a job well done

The physical repair to the vehicle was done with satisfaction...estimated time to repair left allot to be desired...communications regarding delays was "spotty". Over-all satisfaction 85% or B as a letter grade.
