There were 6 issues: ****) The mud splash guard on the front right passenger side was not secured tightly. The screw came off and I left it in the console of my car. 2) The door is getting caught on the molding in the front right passenger side. 3) The front right passenger side window isn't working. 4) Both front inside doors are dirty with grease stains on it. 5) There were residual tape on top of roof and side of my car. Edward Weyland tried removing the tape off the roof of my car. He said if I wasn't happy with the prints it left he would have it buffed out. 6) Then my tire PSi's were very high, why? I am not satisfied with the job, I returned my car back to the shop the same day after hours. I spoke to the service receptionist who told me to leave my keys in an envelope and park my car in the lot. Then i would be hearing from the auto body department to discuss the issues. My car was in the shop for about 2 weeks, I never called to check on the status of my car I just wanted my car to be done right the first time minus the grease stains on the interior of my car doors. If more time was needed to complete the job in a satisfactory manner I wouldn't had a problem with it. I hoped there would've been a quality check process when the cars were completed because it appeared the job on my car wasn't properly completed.

My car looks brand new, I loved the daily status text messages the only complaint is that my trunk contents were left in my front seat and I wasn't expecting that I had someone with me so I had to quickly clean it up, I love the way the paint job and dent removal turned out, it looks great

Was totally surprised how beautiful it came out!! Hoping for another 9 years . The staff were always pleasant and helpful. I spoke to Betsy the most and she made sure I understood and kept me posted. Shamar is excellent to work with, he listens about my concerns, responded xwith me, once I was home I realized there was a problem with a rear speaker? Have no idea what? Left a detailed message late today, but I have confidence he will respond has he has in the past, plus a couple of minor issues that he is addressing, It has been a pleasure corresponding with Shamar, he is a wonderful and very polite gentleman and an asset to Porter collision

Shamar did an awesome job with my car. I could hardly tell it was in an accident! It looked like new! I was even happy that the team washed and vacuumed my car; very unexpecting! You guys really go the extra mile. The process was seamless and I would definitely come back and or refer someone to Porter Nissan in the future. Thank you!

The staff was amazinly friendly & curtious. The work done was above my expectations in both time & quality. What made things even better was with the exception of the accident itself vacation still went off without a hitch for my son & I. My taillight is still cracked and the bumper is not flush with the other piece of my car. It took a week and 5 days to fix a BUMPER. When I asked if it was possible for a mechanic to stay 4 extra minutes past 5pm to pick up my car, I was given attitude by the person who answered my phone call. I want to thank the worker that stayed past 5pm so I was able to pick up my car, it's greatly appreciated. I would also appreciate it if my car was properly reassembled the next time I come in for repairs.
