I was very disappointed that it took almost two months to have my vehicle repaired. And two dates of completion were passed. My car looks nice but I will likely go somewhere else in the future, somewhere a little more concerned about time management and deadlines.

This is the second time I have trusted my vehicles to Cavin's. both times I was able to pick up my vehicle 2-3 days earlier that the pick up date. Since our truck is our livelihood getting it back early was important. Cavin's made it happen. I also lived the daily texts that kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Repairs were completed earlier than promised. I especially appreciated the regular updates on the progress of the work. Although there was a bit of a wait to bring the car in, it was well worth the wait. We have had work done at Cavins previous to this and have never been disappointed.

The repair time was long but that was expected up front and the car was completed on the day that was quoted three weeks ago. Communication was great and so far the work seems to be great as well!

The driver side seat belt doesn't work at all, every time I drive I feel like my life is in danger. The smell of gas in the cabin is overwhelming! If I drive more than a few mile I become light headed, and start to become concerned about the possibility of a future accident. I will be in contact with my insurance company because I am extremely unsatisfaied with my service. All that said, my service representative was excellent.
