Tail pipe missing bolt so it is loose. The gap between lift gate and body is not the same compared to other side. Needs to be repaired.

It took 2 months to repair our car. After the 1st initial estimated date passed, we got calls from Longo each week with excuses about why the car got delayed. There were a couple of times we were informed with the same excuse we heard previous weeks.

Great job, and great experience! I would like to extend a special "thank you" to Krista Madrid. She provided exemplary service by keeping me informed and updated, as well as answering my questions along the way. She responded to my emails promptly, and sent periodic messages to keep me aware of the progress. The job was completed before the expected date. The shop is well organized and professional, and compared to other shops, the standards exceeded my expectations. The Enterprise rental store inside the center was a much-appreciated convenience. The repair process was much less arduous than I had anticipated. Thank you to Krista and the repair team. I will recommend Longo Toyota Collision Center to my friends and family.
