Excellent service...hands down!

While th e repair itself is satisfactory, the communication during the process was abismal. A stream of text messages were great as far as updating on the status of the vehicle. However there were delays in delivery and there was no timely communication of those delays. One form clearly stated completion times OR a I would be called before a deadline (3pm). Having to information on delay I showed up to retrieve the vehicle, which took an additional two days to complete. Mike attempted to make the situation better with a complementary detail which was a nice gesture, but then continued to disappoint in communication. When it was complete, the lack of proper communication delayed my ability to retrieve the vehicle the same day. Furthermore I was instructed the vehicle would be ready for me to pick up at 9am, parked outside. Instead it took about 10 minutes after signing for the work for the car to be available to me. All of these items might seem minor, but all resulted in me missing important meetings at work and do not meet my expectations for a shop of this caliber. I have a second luxury vehicle that needs some minor repair, and the level of service rendered here has remove Autowerks NW from consideration.

Very professional and great customer service

I was a bit disappointed that my emergency brake was apparently not working properly when I brought the car in for repairs on January 2nd but no one informed me of that when I came to pick up the car. Upon getting into the car at AutoWerks I thought the brake was on and when I went to release it the handle came out. This has been repaired at Mercedes of Portland under warrenty on January 13th. Otherwise the work done on my car by Auto Werks was good. However When I got home this evening and looked at the car in my garage I discovered a bubble in the Mylar on the left side at the crease of the hood. Please contact me to discuss. Gary Z
