All the people I met were very kind and considerate. I especially liked the walk through after the car was done. Even though it took longer than expected the car looks beautiful. So much so the dog has not been allowed in it yet

Some how Mike and I failed to communicate He sent e-mails to the wrong address ( to a person that responded if he could ship my car out of the country)????? I thought I was told certain things that did not happen And at the time of pick up My car was not ready after I drove 2 hours injured from Astoria. I seriously was excited to get my car trouble free. I thought it was going to be tuned up by sunset porche, And at least I was not planning on finding molding not attached And what I thought was overspray That turned out to be rubbing compound ! Finally a disagreement between mike and I about why the tire sensor not fixed! He solved it by giving me my insurance adjuster and telling me to call him to get it fixed if they will cover it! Finally I had to ask is anyone going to show me to my car ? Basically you guys were just going to give me the keys and let me drive off! Your customer service great in the sales side But **** on the delivery! I don't know... I was on a boat fishing for the last 2 months, I guess I just expect from a company that claims such greatness for Mercedes To treat us Audi owners at least as good as a nice restaurant would after eating there .... A warm good day ....hope to see you again Thank you for your business , Sorry that we didn't have your car ready, sorry you had to Wait but thank you mr kern for your business I hope we have satisfied any concerns you had I will never work with mike again, I am seriously disappointed with this situation! You guys could of made my day but only added to my troubles Thank you Jeffrey E K

I am extremely disappointed in the length of time required to complete the repairs, and the quality of the completed job. There was a month delay because of the incompetence of your staff, and the vendor you chose to supply parts. After Mike contacted us to find the part, it was available in days. Autowerks and MINI NW were using an outdated part # for a simple plastic part that was allegedly on back order, when in fact, there were 14 available, using the correct part #. I could tolerate 6 weeks for repairs, if the work was perfect. IS WAS NOT. This was a new car when it arrived at your shop. When the car was brought out, (2 hours late),it had scratches in the trim, in the area a joining the repaired area. Mike's solution was to call a kid with rubbing compound and a rag, in the bright sunlight. When it was apparent the scratches were not coming out, he offered to take it back, and have the kid "hit it with the buffer", and we could wait another hour. The repairs probably qualify for industry standard, but Michael represented: "he would repair the car like it was his own." The paint is not of the same finish or appearance of the original. There are swirl marks on the hood. The repaired area around the wheel arch does not have the same factory gap. When I got the car home, I noticed the rear cover for the hatch back was missing. When I called, Mike said he would look for it, and offered a "free detail". Daniel, did you even inspect the work before it was released to us? If you did, then I severely misjudged your eye for detail. If you didn't, then you should start paying closer attention to the quality of the end product.

Not happy at all! Incomplete work! Called and told me to pick up and left my grandpas side in his death bed to pickup and drove from Salem to pickup and drive back. When I got there was told it wasn't ready. Very upset and at this point will not recommend your company.

From the very first moment I walked into the shop, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and high customer service of the entire staff. Mike Bogdan was my representative, and he was awesome in keeping me updated each step of the way. This is the first time I have experienced such a seamless and sophisticated process that I mentioned to Mike how pleased I have been with my service and how much I loved the automated e-mails I received on the status of my car. I forgot his name, but the person who inspected the damage to my car was very friendly and knowledgeable with my partner and myself. Thank you for your exceptional service, as we both have mentioned that we would easily recommend Autowerks NW to our friends in need.

I really enjoyed the daily emails. The "front desk" was friendly and professional. Lenne was very personable. Making the MPV look almost new on the exterior made me very happy - but to also make the inside look so clean and new - that was a great surprise. Hopefully the MPV won't have to spend time with you anytime soon. Two visits should be enough, eh?
